He believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change and works collaboratively with clients to better understand what is getting in the way of the life they want to live.

Dan takes an empathic and individualized approach to therapy, drawing from different therapeutic modalities based on each client’s needs. His work focuses on helping clients recognize and build upon their existing strengths, develop new ways of navigating challenges, and let go of patterns that may no longer be serving them.

While therapy can involve difficult conversations and emotions, Dan believes it should also feel encouraging, freeing, and safe. He strives to create a genuine, non-judgmental space where clients can feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
