Hey there, I’m Cassandra!
She/Her/Hers
I consider myself an extrovert who also enjoys alone time.
Can often hear me singing around my home.
Animals are something I cannot help but love.
Comforting those around me is something I pride myself in.
I enjoy creating and doing DIY activities.
Looking at the sky calms me.
Having empathy towards others is something I consider a blessing.
Giving myself space to be silly and my authentic self is important.
Love Halloween and celebrating the holiday.
Helping others has always been a dream of mine.
“There is no other person in the world who can be you.”
– Cassandra Teaca
This is your space to figure it all out—messy emotions and all.
Maybe you’re a teen feeling like no one truly gets what you’re going through, or a young adult juggling the stress of “figuring it all out.”
Maybe your child is struggling to regulate their emotions and needs someone who will meet them where they are.
My clients—kids, teens, and young adults—come to me with challenges like anxiety, low mood, stress, and self-esteem struggles.
Together, we’ll dive into what’s really going on and create a plan that helps you feel more in control of your emotions and your life.
In our sessions, we’ll laugh, cry, problem-solve—and maybe yell a little (it’s all welcome here).
Working with me feels like talking to a friend who knows how to help you connect the dots.
One minute we might be cracking a joke about how overwhelming life can feel, and the next moment exploring why certain emotions keep popping up.
We’ll focus on what you need in the moment—whether that’s tools for managing anger before it spills over, strategies to build confidence, or simply a space to let it all out.
This is your time to be unapologetically yourself, and I’ll guide you every step of the way.
I create a space where it’s okay to just be.
Clients often tell me they feel like they can finally exhale in our sessions.
Whether it’s a kid learning how to identify and name their emotions, or a young adult working through self-doubt and stress, I bring energy, empathy, and a lot of dedication to making you feel seen.
Families appreciate that I’m flexible and accommodating, always focused on creating comfort and care—because when you feel at ease, real growth can happen.
